Even if you don’t know what to do or are having a metal block about what you should do then keep going.
If you are supposed to write everyday but don’t know the topic just start writing about how you don’t know what your supposed to be doing. Write down the words going through your head. and train your mind to stay in the flow of constant motion.
If you start then you are more likely to finish.
If you never start you will only feed the block and give it more power over you. Just start and your brain will automatically connect the dots for you and you will be on your way.
The hardest step to take is the first one.
Embark on the journey and be open to where it takes you. Do not try to control every little bit along the way. Go to what interests you and does not feel painful.

Great tip! The thought of starting something, no matter what it is, can be super scary and intimidating!!! Baby steps!
You got it!
