Blog #187 – Integrate your Lifestyle

To have the life you want you must integrate your lifestyle with all the things that you want out of life.

Your lifestyle must support your growth in all areas of life you want to grow in. You also must eliminate the things you are doing that does not support your growth.

If you work in an office and know you can’t leave the office then how can you integrate things in the environment you are in? For example to integrate health in an office environment you can sit on a pilates ball, take breaks, go for walks and eat a healthy lunch.

An integrated lifestyle is a balanced lifestyle where all actions support other actions. There is a give and take but all actions should give. To know what to do you need to know what is important to you.

The opposite of an integrated lifestyle is a compartmentalized lifestyle. This is where nothing is related and everything is independent.
