If you do not make yourself a priority then no one else will.
Think of all your priorities. There are so many that it is hard to keep track of them all unless your write them down. Once they are written down then you will notice some similarities between them. These similarities are the higher order similarities. For example if you have on your list: 1. Lose 10 pounds. 2. Eat better 3. Excercise. These are all health related.
