If you are experiencing something painful then what can be good about it?
Everyday we follow the same mental patterns. We think the same thing and have the same feelings. People have tenancies to be angry, upset, frustrated, stressed, depressed. Some people have tendencies to be happy, fulfilled, excited, and loving.
We must recognize what are tendencies are and if we don’t like them then change them.
I am committed to being happy! I figure out what makes me feel good and do that. I figure out what makes me angry or bored and avoid that. Do more good and less evil!
